- Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders are shipped via the best carrier: Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS.
- You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from Fedex.com or Stamps.com, once your order ships.
- Orders usually ship within 5-10 days and it takes up to a week to get to you ( within Continental USA).
- Expedited Service Option of $15 cuts the handling time to 1-2 days.
- If you need the delivery at a specific date, please e-mail us with the details, and we'll do our best to help you.
- For International orders, please add an appropriate Shipping Option for each item. (See Shipping Table Below).
- Most of the packages are shipped Fedex Ground or Home Delivery with out Signature Required.
If you need different service, please state that at the time you are placing an order or in a follow up e-mail.
- Please Note: The shipping added automatically is for Continental USA, all other locations must be added manually from the Shipping Options Table.

- Your personal information is only used for the purposes of fulfilling your order. It is not shared or sold with any other third party.

Returns & Replacements:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Please e-mail us for return instructions.
- Orders returned without proper authorization will not be refunded.
- All shipping charges are not refundable.
- All returns must be in new condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc.
- If an item is received back in used condition or is missing it's original packaging a 25% to 50% re-conditioning/used goods fee will then apply. This is because the unit is no longer "new" and can not be sold as such.
- If the item arrived damaged or missing parts, e-mail us ASAP, we will send the replacement parts ASAP.
- Please keep the original carton and packaging for inspection by the shipping company.

1. Superb Customer Service! Shirley A.
I wanted to send a quick email of THANKS for absolutely terrific customer service & boy, is that ever a rarity these days. I bought an "Original Big Wheels" for my 7-year old granddaughter's March birthday and she is having a blast with it (of course, that's a bit curtailed now that we have 9 inches of snow on the ground). Unfortunately, I backed over one of the rear wheels with my car and that put her Big Wheels out of commission. I'd gone on line to the web site expecting to find that I'd have to buy the whole trike which often happens with other products. I was surprised and delighted to find out I could buy the wheels and the cost was very reasonable. I ordered the wheels but didn't have a chance to get back on email until Saturday evening. I found a message that the wheels had been shipped and should arrive within 3 business days. However, I had a question and sent an email asking for clarification, not expecting a response until later the next week, if at all. WHOA - I got an email that same night - on a Saturday no less!!! Alan sent a message that he would check with the Post Office on Monday. WOW! I was amazed and impressed and grateful all at once. I always try and "buy American" but it isn't easy - I'm glad I did because my granddaughter is crazy about her Big Wheels & Alan's superb customer service was icing on the cake. By the way, her Daddy got a Big Wheels over 30 years ago and she rides it when she's home; talk about a quality product. :-)

Dear Alan,
My grandson's 11in Scorcher arrived this morning. Thank you so much. I must admit that his Big Wheel and his sister's were the two gifts that I was most excited about giving. I made each of them Super Hero capes and masks to match. I found fabric that matched the flames on the Scorcher, and pink and purple to match the Princess Big Wheel.
Once again, Thank you so much for your kind attention. At least I know that I will have a wonderful Christmas watching them open their Big Wheels.

ps. My grandchildren will be riding these bikes down the same hill that their mom and aunties did when they were small. I can still see and hear them laughing and riding up the neighbors yard in order to stop. Thanks for helping me relive the memories. |
